Abstract
We studied 106 cases of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT)
or Vacuum Assisted Closure (VAC) from 2000-2004 on open wounds.
Our modification using packing foam, infant feeding tube, wall suction
set at 60-70 mmHg and Glad® or Saran® wrap showed similar good
results
